For the upcoming 2025 season players will have the option of playing in the existing Open (recreational) division or the new Advanced (more competitive) division. The U8 will remain Open only. The U10, U12 and U15 Divisions will have the 2 options. You will be asked for your choice during the online player registration process.

Players can also request to play with up to 3 buddies!  Hopefully this will encourage you to recruit a few friends!

The Advanced division will be ideal for those players who want a more competitive game. We will need a minimum of 4 teams in each age group to form a division. You will play kids from different communities. The first 4 teams per age group are guaranteed a spot. If we do not have at least 4 teams all players will be placed in the Open division, and players will be dispersed amongst the teams.

Coaches are welcome to enter a team into the Advanced division. If you have interest in putting a team together, please let us know by email at admin@nsmbhl.ca and we will walk you through the process.   Teams must have a minimum 11 and maximum 13 players.  We will have individual players available to help fill out teams if needed.
