Last Saturday we hosted the very first session of our new Fall Minor Ball Hockey League. The Ball hockey Court at Gorsebrook Park was rocking as the kids enjoyed a 'Skills and Drills" session capped off with a super fun exhibition game.

League games get underway next Saturday Sept 13, 9:00 am - 12:00 all at the beautiful Gorsebrook Park in South End Halifax. So far we have kids from East Hants, Sackville, Dartmouth and Lawrencetown. Some have never played any type of hockey before while others have lots of expereince playing ice or street hockey. This league is perfect for players of all ability levels as we try to balance the teams to promote fun competition.  All current players are encouraged to bring a buddy on next Saturday. New kids can try our league at no cost on Sept 13. Come out and have some fun and then hopefully you will register for the season. We have u8, u10, u12 and u15 all co-ed with a few spots left in all age groups.
