Refund Policy

We discourage players from registering and then deciding not to play. We do however appreciate that sometimes a change is required. Once registration is received, if a player decides not to play for any reason, they may request a refund.
Refunds at a glance
· Refunds are based on the first session date posted on your team's page.
· Refund amounts depend on when the request is made.
· No refunds are offered after your team's second session (as listed on your team's page).

An early refund date will be posted. This date will be 45 days from when the first session of the season is scheduled and posted on the website. The idea here is to give parents a chance to register and then reconsider if life changes and their player can no longer play. After the early refund date an admin fee will be retained by the league. |

Team Jersey return
· Each player will receive a cool, numbered team jersey.
· Team jerseys are to be returned to the league after the final game has been played.
· All parents agree to pay $35 if they do not return their team jersey.
· This charge will be sent to the parent within two weeks after the season ends by email and will be payable by e-transfer.
Reminder
Please ensure your player can play before registering. We ask that parents please do not request a refund after the second session has passed.
